Turn on location was not well advertised the staff and the location itself. The ground were absolutely perfect for either pick up or drop off could not be any happier either a drop off location and staff interaction

arletter mWhen asked what day we would be returning the equipment, we let them know it would be returned the same day, but in Galveston. We didn’t realize until later that we were still charged for 2 days when we specifically let them know it would just be the one day. I am pretty frustrated and feel like I wasted my money, especially since I have to rent another trailer to come home at the end of the week.
KASSIDY CI had outstanding customer service.. They were right there for the assist when we thought the trailer lights weren't working, when it turned out to be my fuse had blown instead..
