This business went above and beyond! The U-Haul website was having issues loading, they made a call and got the transaction completed quickly. I purchased a ball hitch to tow a trailer, when I tried to install it on my truck, I found that the pin holes on my truck did not fit the hitch pin. Being a repair shop had the perfect tool to help us! They made the pin hole slightly larger which then accommodated the pin perfectly. A couple minutes later we were in our way! I originally reserved at another location. I received a call from a u-haul agent asking to move my reservation to another location that was farther away by a few miles. Despite receiving a reduced mile rate, I regret my decision. It was a tire shop and despite reserving 12 moving pad, they only had 6. It was not a pleasant experience.
