I can't think of a thing to improve. Scott was helpful during the initial pickup and the multiple times I had to call to extend the contract. He went the extra mile to confirm that I'd have no problem bringing the round-trip rental into Canada then back to the USA. He'd even printed two copies of the contract for me so I'd have one for my return even if they kept one when I crossed into Canada.
Daniel D.Scott went out of his was to assure my vehicle could pull the trailer. He made sure we looked over the trailer to make sure of any preexisting damage, and went above and beyond to figure out the issue with my electrical connection (blown fuse). I'd 100 % recommend Rodmans!
