Truck was dirty inside and out . Quarter of a tank for fuel . Had to hook the car trailer up by myself . Reserved a truck and trailer in my town but the store rented it out and cancelled my reservation , had to drive 2 hrs one way to pick up truck and trailer at last minute . Not satisfied with the situation at all !!!! U haul made my move a nightmare . I haul doesn't care about the customer !!!

Check if anything is left in the trailer/truck after return. I'm partially at fault for not checking till the next morning. Recliner and cardboard from a power recliner couch were in it.

Avi NTruck Share 24/7 is a Nightmare of an application to get through. If it were not for the assistance I received over the phone from Uhaul personnel, I would not have been able to get the keys to the truck. Please make the process better and more easy to use.
