First, U-Haul cancelled my first reservation and offered me a smaller truck, which required twice the initial planned mileage. Second, they charged the fuel even though I returned the truck with the same level of fuel as when I picked it up.

CLIFFORD MNot be in such a hurry when renting and on the return process. Print out all paperwork in premises before customers leave so we can go over any discrepencies like gas level. Your paperwofk was incorrect re gas level and you charged me extra for fuel when I had refilled to the same level it was at when I picked ul the van. Not cool.
ROBERT Sthe van was old but functioned as expected. The passenger side wiper blade came apart and we had we fix it. I only saw this after I got home. The van was kept quite clean. Keep it up, the guy at the location made the experience very smooth.
