The van is very dirty , especially the driver,s carpet. And it’s parked on a spot that cannot get in from the driver seat (with other van parked so close to it), need to climb up fom the passenger seat.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was the first time that I rented a vehicle, so I do not know what the average experience is like. The parking area was difficult to get in and out of. I reserved an upright dolly, but did not receive one.
Colin AThe parking area is very tight. Service was excellent.
Jan HI was very unhappy with how dirty the van was inside and out. Moving my apartment furniture inside a dirty van so my things also got dirty so I am very unhappy and I am looking for an email address to head office at UHaul to send pictures… I have rented from UHaul in the pass and never had this bad experience before
Barthelemy CVery good service. Straight forward and quick.
