The wife and Husband are a great team, as I was scrambling to get a truck rented on morning,, had difficulty at one uhaul location, went to another one, then didn't have a 26' available and was given this location which wasn't too out of the way. With this being my last chance as my Sons apartment posse was waiting to load. I pulled in and everything went very smooth the the owner seeing my transaction hung up from original place, she assured me no problem, she took the time to manually type in new transaction, had a 26' beast, husband had it ready to go and was successful moving my Son which meant everything. Returned it next morning, opened door to smiles by both asking how it went, was in and out and when I left that 26' truck was already being detailed. Great people good experience.

The van was fine except it was a gas hog. 4.5 gallons for a 31 mile trip. The gas gage was off or it was not full when I rented it. Be careful and check the milage before you take the unit out of the lot. The people were very kind and helpful.

Monica VTo me there was no reason that the drivers seat couldn’t have been moved back to the wall of the cab like the passenger side. And it had nothing to do with the adjusting lever under the seat.It was cramp and tired my ankle out over the 200 plus miles I drove. I will check the leg room if I ever rent another truck before hand because ones attention should be on the road not one’s discomfort. The attendant choose not to offer me a different truck. This was a shame because it was the best UHaul truck I ever rented.
