The people working there need training on your system / App. It took almost 40 minutes to get the equipment order completed. Then I had to get gas and drive another 30 minutes, so I was very late to start moving.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisArrived for pick up, no dolly that was reserved prior. Took over 30 mins to leave with the truck, my address was indicated incorrectly although I provided my drivers licence. Received my bill with a charge for blankets that I never ordered. Terrible experience.
Christina PA gas station with out even a sign to know it was a Uhaul business location. They did not tell Uhaul that I had returned the truck for 3 days. They had to call me looking for their moving truck. The attendant was nice, but clearly clueless.
MARK BWaiting to ́long for process. To open and clise the contract. They charge me more for the fuel.
Francis MReserved online, was not able to self check in because the app kept loading a blank page. The gentleman inside the location was very nice but his system was also down. Ended up picking up my truck 30 mins late. The truck itself was poorly maintained. The brakes. Needed to be replaced or at least serviced. The steering wheel shook violently when braking. The roll up door was extremely difficult and close in particular.
