Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe have been overcharged. We were told one thing by the employee from the location. We have bogus charges on our reservation. Terrible experience at this location. They do not return text or phone calls.
Jonny PBest customer service I’ve had at any U-Haul location
Kellan YThis location does not accept 24 hour truck pick up even though it shows it does online. I scheduled a pickup at 7:30am and no one showed up until 8:15am with a key, causing a very big inconvenience for me. Also, I dropped the truck back off at 9:45am and had to call customer service just to ensure I would not be charged extra since no one from the shop closed out my rental. The truck was extremely dirty, inside and out. Overall I would not recommend this location and I will never use this location again.
Jessica ZGreat service, the manager was super accommodating and worked around my weird schedule. 10/10 experience
