The truck was some what dirty I was able to used the U-Haul for a couple of hours thank you great customer service well appreciate them truck just needs a little cleaning thank you

SALLY RI was very satisfied with the ease of pick up and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I would recommend this pick up location.
ANGELA RI ordered a appliance dolly to move a refrigerator , the dolly in the truck was a regular dolly of no use . as we pulled up to the truck i noticed the gas cap was off, the mobile app said the truck had almost 3/4 of a tank, it had about 5/8 of a tank, just little a little over 1/2. the back door wasn't locked, their was only 4 blankets instead of 12 one dozen. i was also told there was supposed to be a green seal you had to break to get at the dolly. no green seal. didn't use the dolly cause i had one the same size. PLEASE adjust the charges on my bill. Thank you
