Limited cell service slows the self check-in. Trucks were available within walking distance of my home, but my reservation changed 2 times to that location. I rented appliance hand trucks that were not in the truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is obviously just a drop off location, I didn't see an office . I had to download the app and handle the return myself
JOHN CFirst of all I had to unhitch a car tow and it took me 2hr to locate the place plus I order a moving dolly and it wasn’t even there I am 75 can you imagine me having to deal with
BILLIE MThe truck did not have the equipment I paid for in the truck. I even put that when self checking in and it still charged me.
Cortani CInternet is even more horrible here. Almost impossible to upload pics without having to call number listed on storage building. Also would be great to have a sign that says drop off box is on power pole across parking lot.
