DANIEL PThe employee at this business was very friendly & personable. Efficient with his paperwork, and helped me find the proper hitch equipment. The trailer was clean, new tires on it, and performed very well on my trip from FL to KY.
JULIA MAWFUL!!!! We returned the truck at the designated drop-off location on the assigned day and time. The facility was "closed," and the employee in charge of equipment returns was not working that day. Therefore, we were told to return another day. Not wanting to get a fine, we left the truck anyway and returned the next day to ensure everything was settled. There was no one there. The next business day, we received a bill for $72, claiming we returned the truck "after hours," did not return all the equipment (which we did), and got hit with a mileage fee. They claimed we went 57 miles with the truck. They issued a bill and took our deposit. My husband went down to the dealer on Monday, during his workday, and they still were not open. He went down on Tuesday, and they were open but not helpful at all. I called U-Haul and issued a formal complaint.
