This is a U-Haul company location has only 1 truck to rent. So one block away at another storage unit they have 10 U-Haul vehicles for rent and trailers plus another half mile down at a tire store they have three vehicles. The truck was cleanish but the windows were bad and I had to try cleaning them myself to drive at night home when I rented it at 7 PM The Uhaul app sucks. I had originally wanted to pick up the truck from the Lucerne Avenue location in Victorville but it changed somehow and I wanted it more than one day I had to call Lynn at 2:30 in the morning the day after I rented it because I couldn't get through on your phone lines. Too much trouble to rent a truck

As far as I'm concerned your employees in Victorville at the location on Palmdale Rd. are GREAT! Professional, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I'm not sure if this is helpful with improving the next customers experience but a definite thumbs up to Nena Johnson and Iesha Guyot for making my day a goods one.

I would recommend this location only. You all need to do better with informing your customers when issues arise instead of making them wait for long periods of time.

The staff at the Palmdale location were very friendly and accommodating. We decided to rent a storage unit at this location and Bradley did a great job communicating the process. What was expected of us as renters and what we should expect from them. He was very clear and thorough with instructions on when and where to return the truck and trailer as well. Though I did not get to meet the general manager she left a note in the storage unit thanking us for our business and telling us that we should call her if we ever have any questions or concerns. This small thing was a great touch to make us feel more welcomed and cared about. The people at this location are outliers and setting a great standard not just for U-Haul, but for all companies. If they ever needed their store windows cleaned or their trucks powerwashed, I'd make sure my company "Scrub-a-dub Doug" gave them a great deal!

Out of all the storage facilities that I have rented/seen the unit that was rented to me was very clean, smell nice and convenient. Most of all I had the pleasure of conversing with the onsite manager Nena and she was very nice and pleasant. This is the kind of customer service that I look forward to experiencing when walking into a business. The overall experience was just excellent. Ask for Sean. Sean will improve your experience each time you speak with him. Sean should have a position training staff on customer service experience. Sean is 5 stars. I've rented for the past 14 years with UHaul.
