Despite the terrible experience of the local U-Haul chain, the people of Goin Postal in Vidor and Central Maxi Storage in Port Neches were fantastic to work with. Both locations helped me out big time when U-Haul failed to hold on to my reserved truck that I had made 2 weeks in advance. If I ever use U-Haul again (and that's a huge IF) I will go directly to one of these locations and not use the online reservation system.
