Unit did not have the equipment I requested (dollies) and I was still charged for it ($14). The worker at the gas station was not helpful, and only told me to "go to the next gas station and ask them for it".

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey don’t have any replacements in that location. You have to checking through app. One off the worst checking processes ever. It took me almost 45 min to get the car.
Shamim ITerrible parking spaces that barely fit the trucks. Attendant was helpful, but has never driven the truck himself? I was switched to this location a couple of days before, so there was a lot of trouble checking in. I had to call because the "contract didn't meet Truckshare 24/7 requirements" or something like that. Not fun experience, but this was my first time using U-haul, so I can't speak on how this location compares to others. Truck was mostly clean, but some trash from previous people. And I had requested a dolley, but there were some pads inside instead.
Jonathan PExcellent and friendly service! I will definitely choose this location in the future!
DAVID SThe individual at the location did not help, was on the phone with a friend the whole time, and smelled strongly of alcohol at 930am.
