It’s extremely frustrating that these trailers have no jack on them forcing you to have to lift them off your tow bitch yourself. Being a smaller person it is extremely frustrating that I have to lift a heavy trailer and place it on the ground. Due to this issue, I will more then likely not be using U-Haul again. I would rather pay the extra money to a different company and have less stressful experience.

Was great. The woman who assisted us was outgoing and very kind. She also helped us back in the trailer in a tight space. Very knowledgeable with towing and how to back up trailers.

I rate the location Average because it wasn't a very professional looking business. The attendant that rented the trailer to us was very friendly. We had to go to another location for a connection piece to make the brakes work on the trailer. The trailer itself was rusted through in spots and banged up. One of the safety chains was not completely connected so probably wasn't going to work in an emergency. Luckily we made it across country without incident.

Horrible!!! I reserved my request for a dolly about a month out, I get there and there no dolly I had to go to another uhaul place to purchase a dolly which means I had to pay for more mileage

Truck still rug items in the back. Ordered a furniture dolly. Got to the store the dolly was not there. Other than that, good experience..

Not Antomio's fault, but the truck I requested for 10 am was not going to be available until 1 PM, then the person who had the truck didn't turn it in on time, so they had to get one from another location. This all cost me 4 1/2 hours of loading time.

This is the second time I have used this location, and this is the second time I've been disappointed. Both times they have opened late. This time they closed early causing me to pick up the next morning. They rented me a vehicle with fuel level on E. And wasn't clear on the return fuel policy... Costing me an additional $32 that could've been avoided. I even returned it with more fuel than I received it. This whole experience may have cost Uhaul a loyal customer.
