First the Uhaul app was terrible. It kept erroring out and it would not inform me of what was going on though I had attempted to fill out everything prior to arriving for pick up. I should not be sitting in a car for 30+ mins trying to complete forms if I pre check in. Second once I got to the point of getting the keys the worker refused to give them to me. I hung around for about 20 mins waiting for the worker to get ahold of someone to authorize me to just pick up keys. Ultimately it took me between 50-60 mins just to pick up a truck I had reserved online and prefilled out forms for.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI would not recommend this location. The person helping did not want to help whenever I asked a question. It took over an hour for me to get the truck. When they had verified my reservations the person working still did not want to give me the key because the verification was not in the app it was in my email. When I showed him the verification in the app he still was telling me it was not the app. The passenger side window was cracked, the light inside the cab was taped and stayed on. The ignition part where you put the key was damaged. The back was very hard to lock and close the cargo door. I took pictures of everything so that I didn’t get charged for any of this. I would recommend if you are going to have a U-Haul location that is also a gas station you have more than one person at a time. When I had to ask him to come outside to help he had to lock the door. All of this while it was pouring down rain.

Laken AGive you the right truck. Check it back in the day you bring it back instead of 3 days later. Do not charge you a day rental when you were told to bring the vehicle back
