Reserved a climate storage unit. Was called 2 days before arrival being notified my reservation was given to someone else. Was offered another larger unit. Wasn't told the â€œnewâ€ unit wasn't climate controlled. RESERVATIONS DON'T MEAN A THING.. they are pointless. Be cautious when renting here if trying to reserve a space.JAY J.
I tried to use the fill up chart and 15 gallons ended up not being enough. Even though I went 10 miles under (and even though I had to drive 15 miles extra (from the revised pickup location determined by Uhaul), I still went 10 miles under my allowed mileage. I was hoping that would offset any extra charges for fuel.KYLE K.

I was booked to a location when I signed up online last night. In the morning I got a call stating the pick up truck I ordered is not available so they are giving my a 10 ft truck in another location. We Went to the location (1000 W Waco Dr) the app or link I sent stated that I was not in the location. We called customer support they told us to go 200 Central Texas Parkway. The original reservation I booked was for 0.59 cents after 100 miles. But I have charged for 0.79 cents per mile! Went there took the vehicle. Just after few meters found a trailer light on behind sticker for fuel gauge reading literally hidden! We called and informed that was not a problem. But it was a concern and put us under pressure. Completed the trip and reached the drop off location and clicked on the link from my text message. It took me to page where it asked my check on the mileage, fuel and a thank you message. I tried click to see if there is link for mileage and fuel to enter but none worked. Tried thrice, thankfully noted the mileage and dropped of the key. Before leaving the location. I thought let me try my U-Haul app ( my first time using the 24/7 drop) to my surprise there so many steps I had to take pictures of the vehicle inside to prove fuel and cleanliness. I had no pictures to prove even though I filled up fuel fully and left the truck clean. I took some random pictures to complete the process. The customer should be educated about the required pictures to be uploaded in advance and the link you sent should work. I want the calculation for miles to be rectified and I should not be charged for fuel or cleaning. Since this is failure of the process and a disaster from the technology end. The entire journey was horrible and tensed. Thankfully the work we wanted to complete got done. U-Haul again ? Nope.GRACE K.
