Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe equipment smelled like seafood and garbage, renters beware if using self/mobile pick up!
JEFFREY DBe able to drop vehicle off at any location without extra charge involved.
Steve AMy reservation was moved to this location by Uhaul without my requesting it. I reserved at a location with attendants, and this location has no attendants. I had to stand in the parking lot, download and navigate the app, including uploading photos of the truck and my license, in the blazing heat because there were no attendants. The process took me about an hour. I'm very unhappy with the level of service. If I had wanted to use the app and an unattended location, I would've reserved that. Instead, I specifically reserved a location with a desk.
Corey BI followed the instructions using the U-haul app but the keys were not available at the time to pick up.
