ROBERT KThe location and guy who runs it (Joe) are absolutely phenomenal. Couldn’t be better. However, the app is terrible. Multiple occasions we tried to use it to reserve a trailer and it never actually shows in their system when we arrive. It’s not just this location either. Fix the app to make it actually usable and that would greatly cut down on time for both the customer and person working there. It would just be much more efficient overall.
