Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas over charged for my rental and was told I have a balance from keeping the u haul past 5 days which it was turned in before those days were up. I get a invoice saying it went past the date and it's 500 balance owed on top of what I already paid. I will definitely never use u-haul again because I sent them a email explaining all this and asking them about the situation. No response at all but just noticed today my account was withdrawn money without them even responding. If this the kind of problem you want after you just needed money to move then use u-haul. I'll be using hertz or some other company and will never recommend this company to anyone I know.
Samuel MI really liked the self-check-in service. This was my first time trying it.
Jerolyn WTruck wasn’t even there. Customer service never answered the phone.
ClaytonOndre BThe reservation, check out, and check in process is convoluted and needs to be looked at by UHaul
