I was supposed to be refunded for my U-Haul due to the fact that it was over an hour and a half late and my family and I had to scramble and move things in our vehicles. We ended up getting the U-Haul, like I said, an hour and a half late, but the only thing left was a sofa and two mattresses. I spoke with U-Haul several times who assured me that I would be refunded, but I never received that refund.
