The app froze when trying to return
duncan wThe uhaul program in the store was down. Luckily the field service manager was nearby and able to get me going.
Jim VThe gentlemen onsite were friendly when we turned in the keys, however, they did not log the truck in as returned on Wednesday, when we returned it. I received a call from UHaul on Monday to ask if we were going to turn it in. When I explained we had turned it in the previous Wednesday, they said they would call them and have them log it in. When I received my receipt, they did not put the correct date or time we returned it. They actually put we returned it on Saturday, which was our due date, and even went so far as to put the return time as 1 1/2 hours after our due time.
Kylie HThis was a very rural location. Dirt lot, poor signage, I was disappointed in the fact we had to drive 85 miles to pick up a tow vehicle and 85 miles back.
