I was told to be there at noon and the person that works for U-Haul was not there. When I called I was asked if I wanted a dolly I said absolutely and there was no dolly for me.

I did drop on on Sunday after hours. I did not see any personnel.
Monte RI have rented from this location 3 things and the counter person has been late EVERY time. A phone call or text telling me they were running late would have been nice and the right thing to do. I will not use this location again
TIMOTHY PThe entire process of the pick up was awful. I never spoke to the lady face to face and she was unclear and rude in her messages. The truck was filthy and had nails and screws in it. We were supposed to get a print out of the agreement but did not receive one. We were told they had a dolly at the site and they did not have one so we had to call around to find one. We were also not told we had to fill the truck back up and had to pay an extra fee for that at drop off. We were supposed to be reimbursed for the many inconveniences but have not received anything.
Jasmine ACharged for an extra day when we turned the truck in by the contract date and time. Disputed with this location but have not heard back from them. Ready to escalate to get that amount refunded.
