There was no one there and we didn't have a dolly as ordered. We drove to another UHaul location and purchased a dolly.

Eugenia LNot one person explained that it was def serve and barely helped me and the location I set it up at was rude and just kept telling me that it wasn’t her job. I had to contact multiple people for it to get done and then no dolly was in the truck and they wouldn’t help with that either and when I called for my reimbursement she said it wasn’t her job and it’s on the place where you drop it off at but you don’t even talk to someone to drop it off because you do everything yourself.
