No one was there. My key was in a lock box that I was not given a code to. Had to drive to a different Uhaul facility. There was snow all over the uhaul even though it hadn't snowed in a week and it was still not cleaned off. The gas reading was lower than I was told.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe reserved a 15ft Uhaul truck for a long distance move. We requested a location pick-up that included on-site personnel to assist us in becoming familiar with truck - as we had never driven this type of vehicle before. U-haul then changed the pick-up location to a 'self serve' location in Waterbury just prior to pick-up. They were flexible and accommodating in providing someone to meet us when we picked up the vehicle at this 'self service' location to go over the vehicle with us - which was appreciated. The vehicle was not delivered to this pick-up site with a full tank of gas - disappointing. The vehicle was also not cleaned prior - also disappointing. U-haul also forgot to provide some moving supplies that we had ordered. Subsequently they credited us for those charges - but we had to acquire those supplies separately.
Grant GI don’t feel the drop off without a live person is good for the customer. I tried to drop the truck at a center with personnel. They told me I was not allowed to use this facility. The markings on Leons Locksmith were not visible at first pass. When I used the online app for check out the submitted pictures went to U-Haul but they didn’t show up on my phone. I had to take another set for my records.
TIMOTHY ENo dolly and recieved info late. So I didn't know it was a 24/7 vehicle and had to fill out all the info and sit and wait to get verified.
Alex BThe online checkin system was fairly straightforward, however the photo upload was slow. It took two minutes for each photo to upload.
