Online check-in was terrible as service was intermittent and coded gate is difficult to operate with the bigger truck as the sensors prevent it from opening but you can't reach the pad

Jitender KYour prices are way too high.
Jacques LMake them aware that the truck seems to be geared to showing you MILES per cost yet the ads are all geared to tell you you pay $1.29 ( which we thought was for km) the mileage in truck was also in tabbed in MILES and when we got the bill We were amazed at how much it ended costing us ,,,,,,we also put $72.00 of gas in it Overall $370 cost for not a long ways Next time we will rent where there is NO mileage cost,,,,,much smarter and no gimmicks with the miles vs the km
elsie aHere is a review of our recent experience, I would say that the pick up location isn't large enough to comply with pick up protocol. The reasoning is because when you are taking photos of the sides of the truck before and after pick up/drop off you have to trespass on the neighbours property to fully get the whole truck in the screen. Also, I had booked to pick up in Burlington NOT Waterdown, Uhaul changed this on me the morning of pick up, in fact 30 minutes before. Also my drop off was supposed to be at the Rockton Berry Farm not all the way back into Waterdown. We ended up having to drive an additional 55km+ due to this change. Not to mention the time we had to take out of our already busy day to get into a different city for picking up the truck and dropping it off. The truck had what looked like a spilled drink in and around the cup holders as well the black cover for the gas cap was in the door of the drivers side. It wasn't until we filled up the gas that we noticed where it was from. In missing that cap it leaves the gas tank open to water if it were to rain. The truck itself ran well and was a perfect size/fit for our use. The lady that called us to inform us of the change in pick up location and drop off was very friend and her instructions prior to pick up although inconvenient for us was very clear.
