Michael SSuper helpful with everything we needed for making the reservation all the way of making sure everything was good with pick up and drop off. Would recommend this location all the time. Great people to work with.
Mary HI want to recognize Jean at Chewys for outstanding customer service, She was extremely helpful in getting the rental equipment we needed with a knowledgeable and friendly attitude. Businesses need more managers and employees such as Jean. Thanks again.
Gary CI was told I could return the trailer to any location, and when the people rented it out to me they marked in under the wrong contract(in-town contract). I made sure and asked them if I could return it at a different location and they said yes. I had never rented a trailer from u-haul and most likely will never again since I was charged for dropping it off at the wrong location.
