Hi I was not happy with the Return. uhaul did not tell me I was being charged drop off fee of $20.00 I dropped it off at about 5am I work 3rd shift . You need to train your employees to tell customers about these junk fees .todd T.
The process was easy, folks at the location friendly and helpful. However I HATED not being able to call the local U-Haul location directly. Every time I called U Haul, they said waiting time was 5-10 minutes and it ended up being over 20 minutes each time when I had a simple question. Next time I do business with U Haul, I WILL NOT go on line or call, I want my experience to be face to face. Corporate U Haul is wasting everyone's time with the cheesy website which I had difficulties with or on the phone. Recap, this Waukesha location was awesome, however corporate dealings (Phone or Website) sucked!Michael F.

There is too much confusion between locations. I had to submit my reservations multiple times. After making my reservation I followed up and checked on them 2 days later and was told I didn't have a reservation and redid it. I was jerked around on the pick up location. The location just a mile away had the equipment I needed but they gave me a pick up location 20 miles from my house. I spoke to the manager at 17 and he was able to work with transportation to get my P/U location at the closest place. Not real happy with anything except the actions of the General Manager at 17.David G.

They should double check the reservation along with the rental time frame needed. I asked for 2 days and they only gave me 1 day and then over charged me for the rental after putting a deposit down on the rental. It should have been only $38 more... I tried to change the rental date online but the site kept freezing and giving me issues to change it. Then they gave me 4 different price quotes and I don't have that kind of money to be throwing away. I have a total of 3 storage units at this location. I'm not working right now due to a concussion and I'm trying my best to get everything in order but for this to be added stress when all I needed was an extension til today from Saturday due to having no way to get the truck off the auto transport.Michelle W.

I had rented a 5x8 enclosed trailer for a 24 hr period. I picked it up at 7:00 am on a Tuesday knowing I would be returning it sometime that evening. I ended up returning earlier than anticipated (around 4:30-5:00 on same day I picked it up). The person on staff who helped me with the return unhooked the trailer and said I was all set to go and to look for an email. The next morning I received a call from this location asking where the trailer was. I called and spoke to corporate letting them know the trailer was dropped off the same day. I also noted the person on staff looked very busy. She stated she put notes in the system and to not worry about it as the sfaffer must have forgot to perform whatever he needed to do and that the general manager at the location would reach out to me. No one ever reached out. This is very frustrating seeing as your business is rental of equipment and then a burden is placed on the customer because someone did not follow through to make sure things were closed out correctly or view that the trailer was indeed in the parking lot before calling a customer asking when the trailer would be returned. Then to not receive a call for closure in spite of corporate stating I would was a little worrisome.Jeffrey B.
