For me everything was okay. The location was like 10 minutes from my home. It worked out really well.

Nice people, but they did not have an outside drop off box, and I had to give the keys to someone inside. Unless the employee told me wrong, they don't have a box outside at all, which I found odd, because then you cant drop off trucks if the store isn't open. Maybe that was a misunderstanding though
