Renting this truck was a nightmare. Our original pick-up location was moved by uhaul at the last minute from south GA to North FL. Then to a location 65 miles from the original pick up point in GA. Keep in mind I booked this truck a week in advance to avoid this type of situation. I was told they would credit us 130 miles for having to go get the truck from the 2nd GA location. Now that the rental is complete they will not honor what I was told and wont issue the credit for going to get there truck to rent to me. Please be where of this if you rent from them! I will not be renting from them again. Shame on you uhaul, this is terrible way to do business.
