The owner of the location is very nice and helpful. He always check you in/out quickly. I've had great experiences renting trucks from this location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had 2 dollys on my invoice, went to the front counter cause the dolly’s were not in the truck, he looked it up and said your order doesn’t come with dolly’s. I took his word. He was wrong and now when I return the U-Haul to another location, they are expecting the Dolly’s. Pretty poor customer service to not understand the system and/or use the invoice I had
Caleb MThe app is garbage. Very buggy and slow.
Steven WDone nothing to help me
Jimmy BUHaul had mixed up paperwork regarding the trailer THEY asked me to haul and it took forever to finally get a call from an excellent employee telling me I could leave and the location and UHaul would deal with it.
