It was a sketchy looking run down motel with NO OTHER UHAULS ANYWHERE nor SIGNAGE with POOR POOR customer service and THEY CHARGED $110 MORE After it was dropped and refuse to give any kind of statement or receipt as to what the charge is for seeing the truck was dropped off two days EARLY!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTried to charge me $200 for a wrong drop off fee when the lady I picked it up from informed me I can drop it off at a location with contract drop in and key drop in and I did and they tried charging my card for 205 without any notice as well very unprofessional. Other then that it was great.
Aaron MIt is not a 24 hour location, the receptionist had to be woken up and was absolutely awful and rude to my wife and I. She gave me a truck that had a dirty floor and didn't have working AC during the entire 21 hour trip. I wouldn't recommend going to this location for a pickup especially if someone is going to have an attitude for doing their job.
Kenneth HThis place is scary! Bad image for your company.
