No equipment to be rented or for purchase for attaching the trailer to our truck. We had to leave to go buy it then go back. The person who hooked up the trailer did not seem to have experience. He hit the bottom of the ball hitch 3 times then walked away. My family and I, 3 females, lifted it on the ball hitch for him. Then he put the chains on incorrectly. The lady took a picture of the hook up and was unaware that it was wrong.

william kIt was Saturday morning at 9, I was told the location would be open, it was not. When the app wouldn't work for pick-up, I called H&H Auto and they couldn't help me. Had to call U-Haul. Overall it took a while to get into the Uhaul in a location I wasn't familiar with.
