Took almost an hour before I got my rental. Drop it off at 5 to find out I am being charged for two days. When I only had it for 5 hours.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck ran great and the drop off location the man running it was really nice and made the experience feel good. Only complaint the wipers were a little streaky and it’s not really that big of a deal was some trash was left inside the cab and the back had some dirt I cleaned out before loading my boxes and furniture. Other than that was a good ride all the way to San Antonio. Looking forward to my next truck to move the rest of the house out.
Dustin HThe fuel was off by one tenth with miscommunication from the pick up location. Instead of giving us an opportunity to get some fuel on our own, the representative closed out the contract. The drop off location was a gas station. He honestly just wanted us to leave and not deal with it. He explained that since the transaction was closed out we had to reach out to U-Haul. The fuel gauge is in fourths, we were told in eights and then sixteenth’s were used. He also mentioned we were “pissed off” during a conversation and said this to the U-Haul representative on the phone. We weren’t but it was frustrating and wanted to work it out prior to closing the contract.
Shelley HThey did not place key in box, guy opened store late meaning we got our rental late. Then the hours online state they were open till 11. Got there at 10pm and they were closed. Spoke with a Uhaul rep on the phone. She was great and assisted us in the situation.
Tabbitha RTruck was COVERED in dead bugs so much that I could not see out of the windshield. Drivers side door didn't close all the way, there were ashes from a cigarette on the driver's side, and the whole dash was covered where something slashed over it. I was embarrassed to drop it off at the location I was set to.
