When I bought my first truck the guy helped me. The second time the other guy wasn't as knowledgeable.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen I rented the truck I went to a nearby u-haul rental outlet. It was not made clear to me that the truck would not be at the location where I rented it but was somewhere else (about 8-10 miles away). It would be good if that was made known at the time of the rental, not when you show up to get the truck and it is somewhere else. The address of the truck was in an email, but I was not informed that the truck would be elsewhere. I assumed the truck was where I rented it. This should really be explained at the time of rental. And the address where to pick up the truck was in the email but still wasn't made apparent. Everything else was good.
