Trailer was dirty and something on it was broken causing my belongings to break and become damaged on the drive down. We had to stop because the ride with the trailer was so rough.

I rented it on July 4th, since it was avail, I was assuming someone would be there, no one was there, I was put behind 1.5 hours bc I had to return home get my computer to see how to gain access to the truck, as no one was answering at that particular location, once retrieving the correct info, it took a bit but I was on the road, I would recommend customer service sending a text message or call to let customers know about this process when the building is closed, it made things very inconvenient for the 6 people waiting to move me. The vehicle itself was fine, everything else went smooth. I would recommend if someone was not renting on a holiday when the store is closed as it made things very difficult to check in and get access to code and key to truck.
