Friendly and accommodating service. Everything was in order and together at time of rental and when I returned the UhAul truck. No delay and ready to serve.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI returned the u haul with no damage and there was no one there to check me in instead I got a email from them claiming that I dropped it off without checking in and supposedly it had a slashed tire
Michael BWe should have been able to get truck and trailer from same location. Having to go to two different stores is the reason for not getting the top score.
Brett GThere were cars and vehicles everywhere and no clear spot to leave the Uhaul. The outside was a mess.
Beverly MUhaul themselves totally screwed up my reservation! Not Johnston they were excellent!! Uhaul representative I'd give a 1 star or less to though.
