I was returning the 17' truck my theatre company had rented. After waiting in line behind a customer renting a van I presented my paperwork to the person behind the desk, who asked if I would mind waiting, while he helped the customer who arrived after me, because "they have a reservation". I replied that yes, because I had places to be, too and there was someone waiting in the parking lot for me as well. Your employee then became huffy, surly and uncommunicative, demonstrating in action and the few words he denied to speak to me after that his utter displeasure that I would not accommodate his desire to serve another customer before tending to my business.

Cam was awesome. After getting left high and dry by the Waltham Uhaul with no truck and no response to repeated calls, Cam made things happen without an issue. I would highly recommend them and completely avoid the Waltham location. Still waiting on a call back, 24 hours later.

Harry at Uhaul was awesome, he was very professional and made checking the truck out very easy. I was impressed with the size, model and low mileage on the pickup. The only thing that was annoying was returning after hours with the internet process, where your location is pinged on your phone. I had problems getting them to know my location and couldn't do the online process. I even tried going back there twice. Everything worked out in the end though because the billing was accurate. I would definitely use the service again, but wouldn't bother with the online after hours return process. Thanks!

Currently, I do not have a suggestion to improve this location. Cameron provided excellent service, both in setting me up with a 10' truck and the hitch installation to vehicle. After only a few visits he is able to call me by name when I walk into the door. That is customer service at its finest. I look forward to getting future service from this location.

From your website, I was led to believe that I was renting a motorcycle trailer from your Norwood MA location. At no time was I informed that the trailer was not available on Sunday May 4, 2018 from the Norwood facility. Believing that I was renting the trailer from Norwood, I completed the transaction and received confirmation. When I arrived at your Norwood facility, I was informed that the trailer was not available and that my contract had been switched and confirmed for your West Roxbury location. At no time did your website inform me of the switch. Actually, to the opposite the website informed me that a trailer was indeed available and fraudulently led me to believe it was available from your Norwood location. Now, if I had been made aware of the switch, I would not have completed the transaction as West Roxbury is well out of my way. Since a trailer was available at your North Attleboro location, I would have moved my rental to North Attleboro. Since U-Haul deceived me and switched the rental to West Roxbury, I also incurred an additional $10 Boston surcharge for the rental. In summary, I found your website and practices to be fraudulent.

It was a fine experience. The truck made a lot of noise from the box, and it also vibrated a lot from the engine on the highway, but no real problem.

Great friendly service. Maybe provide parking if you want to leave your vehicle. I drove in thinking I could leave my car there and take van. Was told I could not so I left and found someone to give me a ride back to Uhaul.

MADE A RESERVATION ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO PICKUP A TRUCK ON SUNDAY MORNING AT 8:00 A.M. (BEFORE THE STORE OPENED AT IT'S SCHEDULED TIME OF 9:00 A. M.) USING SELF SERVICE PICKUP. RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON CONFIRMING MY RESERVATION AND RESERVATION NUMBER. WELL OF COURSE WHEN I SHOWED UP SUNDAY FOR MY SCHEDULED PICK UP AND STARTED THE ONLINE PROCESS, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE STATING "NO EQUIPMENT HAD BEEN ASSIGNED TO MY RESERVATION". IT ALSO PROVIDED ME A NUMBER TO CALL 24 HRS A DAY, WHICH I DID TWICE, BUT OF COURSE IT WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL EACH TIME. AFTER SITTING IN THE LOT FOR SEVERAL MINUTES WONDERING WHAT TO DO NEXT, I NOTICED AN EMPLOYEE INSIDE OF THE STORE. WHEN I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET HIS ATTENTION AND EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT MY RESERVATION WAS NOT READY AS PROMISED, HIS FIRST RESPONSE WAS TO TRY AND BLAME ME FOR IT. HE THEN STATED HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL 9:00. AFTER DISCUSSING THIS WITH HIM FOR SEVERAL MINUTES I TOLD HIM I WOULD CALL UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ENFORCE THEIR RESERVATION GUARANTEE, WHICH PROMISES $50 IF MY RESERVATION WAS NOT READY. AT THAT POINT HE WAS SUDDENLY ABLE TO ASSIST ME BEFORE 9:00. HE NOW STATED THE REASON THE RESERVATION WAS NOT PROCESSED PROPERLY AT THE PICK UP LOCATION WAS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE PREVIOUS DAY WAS BUSY AND THE MANAGER MUST HAVE FORGOT TO PROCESS IT. UPON RETURNING THE TERRIBLY MAINTAINED TRUCK (COINCIDENCE) HE PROVIDED ME WITH ON THE SAME DAY I RENTED IT, AGAIN USING THE ONLINE AFTER HOURS SELF SERVICE DROP OFF, I REALIZED THAT THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO BILL ME FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAY BECAUSE I WAS LATE RETURNING IT, DUE TO THE LATE START I GOT WHEN MY RESERVATION WASN'T READY WHEN I PICKED IT UP EARLIER THAT DAY. UNFORTUNATELY THIS WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH AND I WILL RENT FROM ONE OF THEIR COMPETITORS IN THE FUTURE. I ALSO STILL INTEND TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING THEIR RESERVATION GUARANTEE POLICY. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!

Difficult location due to barricade between lanes on this road. Not happy about paying $60 to borrow a vehicle for 2-3 hours just to move some furniture that wouldn't fit into my car at Babys R Us down the road (no vans or pickups avail). We were kind of over a barrel. The guy who checked me out of there was good. The credit card machine was not working. Didn't like using manual entry. The guy I checked in with could have been more friendly, but he was basically fine. I mean, do people come to U-Haul because they get an amazing experience or because there are so few options?
