Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey charge $20 if equipment is returned after hours. I won't rent from U-haul again.
Scott MThis drop off location was terrible and in my opinion, should not be used as a U-Haul site. I did not feel safe at this site. It looks like an abandoned building surrounded by an abandoned trailer park. There was no sign identifying this site as Smith’s general repair. The only U-Haul identification sign was a small one on the building. The trucks were actually parked down an incline of gravel and grass in front of old mobile homes that were very trashy.
Gina BIt is very difficult to use the app without getting trapped into an additional charge. I did not want any coverage and mysteriously an $8 coverage charge popped up. Some might call it good marketing. I call it sleazy.
James MIt took a couple of minutes to understand the location layout but they quickly got me situated and taken care of. Maybe some signage would help. A very good experience.
