MARGIE HWe initially had one reserved with this particular rental place(town where we live) to tow our truck to Branson..my husband had gone down the day before we were to leave town and asked about getting one..they said they had one so we went next morning and did all the paperwork/computer work only to find out that we were not going to be able to get it bc someone else had in the meantime booked it online with UHaul which knocked us out of getting it so I had to drive our truck and my husband drive our motorhome to Branson….delayed us a bit in getting on the road but it happened….anyway, they were helpful when we brought the one back from Branson and dropped it off..they came out and helped my husband unhook the truck from the hauler and we got on our way to our house.
