Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisKeys boxes were not in an obvious location, so need to closely follow the instructions. Verizon cell service was poor in this area and U-Haul website was not working correctly.
Justin AProvide advance notice the whole pickup experience is electronic/ digital with no physical human interaction. Also, there is telephone customer support with the check-in/ pick up process.
John KSingular location a bit hard to find from road. But Max was very personable and helpful.
Maureen MHad signed up for payment at desk but office not open at pick up time. Was referred to the app.
