Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe staff at the drop off location sorted out the dispatch issues, which is greatly appreciated. They were very knowledgeable. However I will not use U-Haul in the future.
Chantel GLow tire pressure light was on and the oil change due light was on
Alex IHighly inconvenient and time consuming. The fact that you have to use the mobile app while you’re in store does not sit well. My husband had to call me and my 2 sick kids to the store he was already at so I could download the app and sign out the rental. The whole process took a lot of time and “waiting for approval” page was way too long. Locks were not easy to open and had black grease all over them. Again, time consuming taking all the photos and then having to take the photos upon return in the dark and cold after moving all day. Inefficient to say the least.
JESSE CPickup location did not enter drop off location properly, drop off location. Was professional and helpful and fixed the issue
