The woman at the front desk was lovely and kind. The truck however, was not ready- I had to wait 45 minutes and they had no idea where it was. They claimed it was being cleaned but when I finally got it, it was filthy and smelled horrible

Linda HUnfortunately the issue was primarily not having any individual there to help with the paperwork. Intentionally got there before closing and found it closed. The access within a store to get the key was not the best situation. Area was in a corner and relatively intimidating people around within the store not wanting to help. Finally got through it within this White Plains location but would never want to go through this location again.
