When I booked online, it said I could check in at the desk. When I arrived, the guy at the gas station said that it was online only. When I logged in on the app, it did not give me instructions to get the key. I called the phone number, and the guy said he would call me back and hung up. I tried troubleshooting on the chat and over the phone, the gas station guy said that the auto repair shop next door was in charge, and they sent me right back to the gas station. Then I called back the guy who hung up on me and he finally sent me the code to the key 47 minutes later than my reservation started. He was very unprofessional, I could barely hear him, and he had no care for timeliness or the fact that his renter might have to be anywhere else at a certain time. This inconvenience set my day back over an hour. The guy who runs this over the phone clearly has this as a "passive income side hustle" and does not care about service.

I'd like to recommend this location because the manager was very helpful with both the pickup and drop-off stages. I had an issue with each, and he was very accommodating and was willing to make sure I had a good experience. Good customer service!
JAMES KI wish the cars got better gas economy and came with a quick guide on basics (how to activate lights, how to refuel, towing, etc)
