Keep better taps on fuel used. I got charged with 70 dollar of fuel when it was the exact same from when I picked it up to when I dropped it off. Had two photos to prove it and got my money back threw customer service, but just a hassle to not just fill it to the top.

douglas mSuoer dissapointed in uhaul, not this location as they were amazing. I reserved a 6x12 trailer in July to pick up in Edson. 3 days before pick up the end of August I receive an text from uhaul with a picture of a open topped car hauler and ramps. So then I had to drive to Whitecourt to pick up a 5x8 because that is all that place had. Very dissapointed in uhaul, what is the point of a reservation.
Alison PThe only issue I had with the unit itself was the passenger side mirror and had to buy some tools to make a temporary fix by putting a paper shim in to hold it in place
Stephen FI dont try to give the next customer a non broken. And then when one of your customer service representatives tell you that you've got an extra day. Because they gave you a broken truck. Maybe you should honer these. I was being harassed about equipment before it was even due. The girl that called for the furniture dolly back before the rest of stuff. What happened there? Because you charged me every after that for laye return. It wasnt fucking late. Somebody told me the gave me extra days. I had to call roadside assistance twice!! And some work guy at the hotel boosted me twice. How much did yiu pay roadside assistance? Because I want paid for the 3 times I had to boost it my fucking self!
