I was charged more then my quote i paid 822 not 765 and clerk could not tell me why and I need that truck. I still want to know why.

Did not have help hookup and ensure lights work
BRANDON VCounter check in, left prime mart, got a call an hour later asking if I still needed the truck while packing it. No text/link to add precheck photos and mileage.
Cody TA single person renting a 6 x 10 tandom axle trailer should no be expected to hook it up to his truck by themselve. No help was offered or there to help hook it up and it's to damn heavy for one person to do it. In the end I hurt by back requiring medical assistance. Is Uhaul going to pay the bill. No warning was posted or was a jack provided to load this trailer on to the ball of my truck. Why these Trailers dont come with jacks mounted to the trailers tongue is totally irresponsible of UHaul.
