Pick up was difficult due to new computer system. It was supposed to be self service but I had to get assistance.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck was dirty none of the equipment was in the truck
Nicholas KLocation is excellent. Using the U-Haul app is very annoying. I have used it two weeks in a row and both times the was a glitch. I had to call the service department each time.
John LThe location was fine, the self serve pickup process was abysmal and took over an hour. Do not recommend.
HEATHER LHave someone onsite that knows the rental process and policies and who can answer questions. Brenda wasn't even there. Make the rental policies more clear in your app. Get people who will actually work on site, be nice to customers and help them. Get a field manager who isn't rude and condescending like Tyler. Worst experience ever!!
