I ordered A 2 wheeler and pads. The location did not have either. There was also hardly any gas. I had To go straight to the gas station immediately. There was left over trash under the seats that fell out while I was Driving.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI requested equipment to have with my truck. The truck I received had no equipment. That's a problem. Secondly, I was placed at this location (it was not my initial booking) and was told that I could use the U-haul app and website to complete self-check-in for my rental. Neither of these options worked, and it required an extensive amount of time on the phone with agents to complete my truck pickup.
Brian HDrop off location changed from original location, not very convenient as the original was 5min away and it increased to 20 min away. Drop off was very pleasant just not as close as I had requested.
