Very very unprofessional!!! I had to do the check in on the store clerk's cell phone with her screaming baby in the background while she was working as a cashier. Giving personal information on a strangers phone while customers were in/out of the store felt really uneasy. I had no choice in the matter as I had to move my family out of town that morning. This incident makes me never want to rent from U-Haul again. Since that transaction I have had to keep a close watch on my debit account as that entire experience over the phone was not only unprofessional but just felt wrong. The truck only had half a tank of gas allowing me 167 miles when my destination was over 200 miles away. The truck had sunflower seeds spilled out all over the floor.
